1. How do I order from Hippie Heaven?

At the bottom of each page is a link to our SECURE ORDER FORM. We do not keep our database of orders on the web for security purposes. Therefore, our SECURE ORDER FORM does not work like a shopping basket. Simply call the order by clicking the SECURE ORDER FORM link, fill it out, and then click the submit button at the bottom of the SECURE ORDER FORM page. This SECURE ORDER FORM will be transmitted by our secure server to our secure data base OFF the internet!

5. How can I make payment to Hippie Heaven?

CREDIT CARDS

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, and Discover and some ATM cash cards that are issued for that purpose.


PERSONAL CHECKS, ETC.

We accept payment by personal checks, business checks, money orders and certified checks. On some large accounts we may elect to bank transfer. All payments to Hippie Heaven should be in US dollars. Arrangements for payment must be made at time of order. Sorry, no "c.o.d.s"


6. Can I return an item to Hippie Heaven?

We only want you to be happy with your products, and we will always accept returns at Hippie Heaven. We do ask for your cooperation so that we can continue to provide great pricing along with our great products! YOU MUST EMAIL AHEAD AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY PRODUCT! FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT, DEFECTIVE OR UNWANTED PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO HIPPIE HEAVEN.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Always fill out factory warranties and send them in. Hippie Heaven will not provide a warranty during the manufacturer's warranty period. We do cover the products with the HIPPIE HEAVEN WARRANTY within the following limitation: If there is a manufacturer warranty, we will double it in duration. If there is no manufacturer warranty,
Hippie Heaven will warranty any of our products for a period of 6 months (LIGHT BULBS EXCLUDED)
.
But we are always reasonable!! If it's 6 months and a day, call us!! On defective products, Hippie Heaven will credit your account for all charges. We do ask that you pay for the freight on the return to Hippie Heaven and we will add that to your credit when we credit your return.

I JUST DON'T LIKE IT!

OK, it happens some times. Follow the same rules for other returned merchandise stated above, except for one difference. We cannot credit you for the freight charge to return it. When we provide your product in good faith, we pay the freight charge to get it to you. We ask that you pay the freight charge to get it back and then we will credit the amount of the original charge or payment. It's like paying for the gas to go back to the mall!

8. PRIVACY AT HIPPIE HEAVEN

Nobody respects the rights of privacy more than old Hippies. We will not violate your rights by selling or giving away your names, your email address, your residence address, or any personal information about our customers. We will at times, notify you of upcoming sales, etc, not to exceed one email per month not related to ordering. Anyone not wishing to receive these types of updates should simply email and let us know that you wish to be removed from our email update list.
